(a) unfollow everyone who don't follow back
or
(b) unfollow everyone including the ones also who follow back?
1) Load your twitter accounts into the tool (Manage/Twitter Accounts), you can load upto 5 (at once) in the free version
2) Hit 'Load All Accounts'
3) Select 'Task' unfollow with each
4a) Check 'Protect mutual followers' box under 'Auto Unfollow Settings'
4b) Uncheck 'Protect mutual followers' box under 'Auto Unfollow Settings''
5) Type a big number (=the age of your twitter account in days) into the 'Unfollow users followed at least ... days ago' bracket
6) Check the 'Use maximum limit' box under 'Common Settings'
7) Hit 'Start Tasks'
option (b) doesn't make too much sense, unless you want to see a serious drop in your follower count
